At High And Luxury we always ensure to provide the highest level of exceptional clients experience with main focus on our clients satisfaction. in case of any needs to return/refund an item, please review the High And Luxury return and refund policy.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your billing invoice to request a return.
  • The item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all protective plastic stickers, hang tags, and in its original packaging set, including boxes, warranty card, original documents, booklet's, . and any additional tools or accessories that come along side the item, You’ll   also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns of standard orders are subjects to the approval of High and Luxury management   

Exceptions SPECIAL ORDERS / non-returnable / non-returnable items                                                                                                        Any Time piece purchase that have been fulfilled  and falls under the below three criteria's are considered as, a special orders according to High and luxury terms, and the special orders are not subject for refund (non-refundable), nor subject to return (non-returnable)

  • Any Time piece with high value price above 100,000$
  • A watch that has been specifically ordered upon client request
  •  A Consignment watch that are not owned by High and luxury and belong to other parties in market.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The Domestic orders: Any return delivery charges will be carried by High and Luxury and no delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

The International orders: The clients who are based outside the domestic area, will be responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, taxes. and the cost of damage or loss during the return shipping process is considered the responsibility of the client.

We recommend to follow  the packaging standards of such sensitive items, like cushioning material, double boxing, security tamper-evident tape, and a fragile label, and to use a reputable shipping company with tracking number and insurance,

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and getting a prior approval via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the packaging box is damaged, in this case the client must mention the damage issue  on the delivery note, and to take pictures on spot with date and time in presence of the postman.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via wire transfer regardless of your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

Considering that watches are part of a high volatile market,The refunded amount will be based on the market value of the watch at the time of the refund, and any.charges that occurred during the purchase will be deducted of the refunded amount.
